We understand that plans can change. If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please call us during business hours on 03 9808 9011.

How to Change or Cancel
Appointment changes, updates, and cancellations must be made by phone call only. Exceptions may apply on public holidays.

Same-Day Bookings – Grace Period
If an appointment is booked on the same day, a 30-minute grace period applies. Within this period, the appointment may be changed or cancelled without a fee.

Less than 24 Hours’ Notice
Appointment changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals and Missed Appointments
If you arrive 10 minutes or more late, this may be treated as a missed appointment. Your appointment may be forfeited, and a $65 no-show fee may apply.

If you are running late, please call the clinic as soon as possible. We will advise whether your appointment can still go ahead.

A missed appointment or late cancellation fee covers the reserved consultation time and is separate from any fees for future appointments.

Rebooking
You are welcome to rebook into any available appointment. If there are no suitable appointments available that day, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to another day.

Any rebooked appointment will be charged at the standard consultation rate. Outstanding fees may be required to be paid prior to booking future appointments.

If your pet requires urgent attention, we will do what we reasonably can to assist. If we are unable to safely accommodate your pet at that time, referral to an emergency or specialist veterinary service may be required.
